What does a six mean for a dice roll?

My character was trapped in a burning house. I decided not to spend the points the put the fire out and ended up taking 28 points of damage. The Director says it was because she rolled a six. What’s the special rule with six?

The special rule with six is this. Any time a six is rolled, it must then be added and re-rolled, with that result added to the total. The six is an exploding dice. So as long as someone continues to roll sixes, they will continue to add and re-roll until they stop. It is very possible to roll 4D6 and do 28 points of damage, thanks to this mechanic of the game.
